They can also connect organizations working on adaptation, climate justice, sustainable development and local resilience with international partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The official announcement identifies national and international stakeholders as potential applicants. Organizations should review the relevant criteria and submit their materials through the application portals linked from the COP31 T\u00fcrkiye website before the deadline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">COP31 preparations continue<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The UN climate conference will bring together governments, observers and stakeholders to advance negotiations and implementation under the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. Admitted NGOs will participate through UNFCCC registration, while T\u00fcrkiye Pavilion and partnership applications are managed through the Presidency\u2019s platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because the deadline is 14 August, interested organizations should verify that the portal remains open and check all requirements before applying.
