The United Nations Regional Information Centre (UNRIC) has launched “Shared Lives, Shared Future”, a new exhibition in Brussels that explores the human stories behind migration, displacement, solidarity, and coexistence.
Featuring photographs, personal testimonies, and visual storytelling, the exhibition brings together real-life experiences of people whose lives have been shaped by conflict, climate change, poverty, and humanitarian crises. It aims to foster greater understanding of the challenges and resilience of displaced communities.
According to UNRIC, the exhibition encourages visitors to look beyond statistics and headlines, inviting them to reflect on shared humanity, challenge stereotypes, and recognize the importance of inclusion and solidarity in increasingly diverse societies.
